Visitors , Regulars and Workers Share great coffee and food and a close up view of history in the making as construction continues at the Hawley Silkmill site.
Starting in Fall 2010, the College will be moving from our current location in Honesdale to the historic Silk Mill in Hawley. Lackawanna is taking 16,000 square feet and creating a state-of-the-art academic center that will allow the College to grow in terms of student population and academic offerings. Included in the design will be classrooms, computer labs, science labs and other student resources. The expansion will allow Lackawanna to add new programs to our existing offerings. Fall 2010 will see the addition of the Kiesendahl school of Hospitality and Tourism with major concentrations in Hospitality Management (Fall 2010) and Culinary Arts (Fall 2011). Also added to the College’s offerings the fall is an Ecological Sustainability degree. Our Continuing Education addition for Fall 2010 is a one-year Career Advancement Program: Oil & Gas Accounting Clerk.
We thank you for your continued support as our historic work in progress continues!
